Sangri(desert-beans)

Sangri is the bean-like pods of the khejri tree, which is a member of the pea family. All parts of the khejri tree, from the bark to flowers and leaves, are edible. Sangri (desert beans) pods are used as a vegetable and have a high price for their unique taste and nutritional benefits.

KACHRI(WILD CUCUMIS PUBESCENT)

Kachri is a wild variety of cucumber. Kachri is a protein-rich fruit but mostly used as a vegetable. It is found only in Desert soil, hot and arid zone. It is real earth food. It is dried in sun after removing its skin. Dried kachari powder gives a distinct and tangy taste to your food.

FOGLA

KUMTHI

Kumthi is small and round in shape like Cadbury gems, but has a big role in pachkuta vegetable. Its brown in color but once boiled its skin is removed and then its white inside. It is a wild berry which grows in desert area of Rajasthan.
